- Your single point of contact in IBA will lead your India project execution.
- He will be your planning & execution support in India and will be responsible to make things happen on the ground as per your instructions and decisions.
- He will be an experienced professional with relevant industry / domain knowledge and / or functional expertise as is relevant for your India project.
- He will effectively act as your CEO (responsible for the execution of agreed actions steps and decisions) and as your critical sounding board.

Communicate regularly with you to provide insights, updates and develop monthly/quarterly action steps.
Continuously collaborate with other team members with in IBA and its external networks to obtain appropriate insights relevant for your project.
Coordinate with all agencies for execution and implementation on the ground and work with any of the local teams or agencies appointed by you.
