During his professional experience of over 30 years, Rajeev established a track record of running profitable and value oriented businesses as a CEO/MD. His career encompassed key roles with reputed corporations engaged in various manufacturing and services businesses. Rajeev has worked extensively across management functions, with special focus on change management, innovation, strategic & operational finance, people management and ethical governance.
Before starting-up IBA, Rajeev played leadership roles in various Indian organizations including as the CEO of KSH International and CEO &MD of Elantas Beck India Ltd, a specialty chemicals manufacturer listed on Bombay Stock Exchange. Sponsored by ALTANA AG, Rajeev successfully completed an overseas training program in Global Management run by St. Gallen Business School, Switzerland.
Rajeev is actively involved with Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) for the last 8 years and served as Chairman of its Pune Zonal Council for the year 2013-14. He serves as a board member for various social initiatives across education and healthcare sectors. When away from his professional engagements, Rajeev enjoys traveling, golf and running medium distances.
