Shrikant Pangarkar is an alumnus of illustrious educational institutions like VNIT, Nagpur, IIT Bombay and IIM-Ahmedabad, having initially completed his Bachelor’s & Master’s studies in Mechanical Engineering with specialization in Machine Tools Technology and a Master’s Degree in Business Management thereafter.
Shrikant has a professional experience of over 40 years working with reputed Indian & MNC Companies within their technical, operational and commercial functions, in various leadership roles. During his working years, he has undertaken a number of key assignments which include identifying collaborators, negotiating and completing challenging numerous collaboration & technology transfer and integration assignments, market and product development etc. As the ED & CEO of an India-based MNC, he successfully set up the business including the setting-up of the factory in India and creating a market for their product from the concept stage.
Since 2010, Shrikant started his own Management Consultancy Firm titled “SNAMP Consultants” and actively advices, consults and mentors Companies in various areas of business management. He has, during the last few years completed key assignments for Bosch, TVS Group, Makino Industries and Akibono Industries, Japan. His areas of advisory expertise are (1) Starting-Up a Business & Business Development (2) Organizational Efficiency improvements, Restructuring of Organizations & Business Processes (3) Senior management mentoring.
Shrikant was the President of IIMA Alumni Association’s Pune Chapter for 2 years and is currently Chairman of the Pune Chapter of ‘Institute of Management Consultants of India’.
